Our Medicaid waiting list will REOPEN tomorrow, March 11, at 8am!

Please call the office after 8am tomorrow to be placed on the list. This is for anyone with any type of Kentucky Medicaid.

We are excited to serve many more patients! 🦷

Please be advised, we have attempted to call everyone off our previous list. This will be a new waiting list starting at #1.

If you schedule an appointment with us and no show that appointment, we will not be able to reschedule you.

An important update regarding Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kentucky.

This applies to the "PRIME" plans only. If your dental card says Dental PRIME please read this.

We have made the difficult decision to go out of network all Anthem PRIME dental plans. This comes due to an increased denial of claims and low reimbursement rates that restrict our ability to provide the best care possible.

We have mailed letters to all current patients that will be affected by this.

We will stay in network with Anthem Plans that are "Dental Complete"

If you would like to make sure we are staying in-network with your specific plan, please call the office and ask for Hope.

Additionally, for all PRIME members please read the letter we mailed as it details how to continue to use your benefits at our office and offers alternative methods of payment for your dental services.

Reminder for all of our Carlisle County Residents!!
Please come in during office hours (M-Th 8-4) to fill our your paperwork and schedule an appointment.

We are excited to announce that our office is now accepting new patients with Kentucky Medicaid, exclusively for residents of Carlisle County.
To ensure accuracy in our system, new patients must visit our office during regular business hours to complete paperwork and provide a valid ID and insurance card. Appointments will be scheduled IN PERSON only after all paperwork has been completed and residency has been verified. If your ID does not list a Carlisle County address, please bring a piece of mail with your name and current address as proof of residency.
At this time, we are unable to extend this service to residents of other counties, but we hope to do so in the future.
We look forward to serving the Carlisle County community! 🦷
