A Tip to Keep Your Muscles Happy Between Massages! 🤩

One of the best things you can do in between sessions is use a foam roller to keep your muscles loose, healthy, and feeling great!

Take 5–10 minutes a day to gently roll out areas like your back, quads, calves, or glutes. Your body will thank you — and your next massage will be even more effective!

My personal favorite use is rolling from my neck to my glutes the the roller across my body. Then turn the roller to the length of my back (down my spine) and roll side to side. After each, I'll just rest with it under me in each position and let the body relax as much as possible! If you have a favorite method, please share!

Most people know it’s important to drink water after a massage… but did you know it’s just as important to hydrate before your session?

Getting a massage when your muscles are dehydrated can make the experience less comfortable and less effective. Hydrated muscles are softer, more flexible, and respond better to bodywork — meaning you'll get more out of your massage!

So do yourself a favor: drink water before AND after your appointment for the best results. Your body will thank you! 🙌💆‍♀️
