Not only does PACE take care of ALL of your health care needs, (transportation, prescriptions, dental, vision, and audiology included.)

Each month you will receive a benefit card to help with your nutritional needs and over the counter medicines as well.

Medicaid + PACE. This combination allows for individual higher income limits and you may qualify for Medicaid with this program.

Individuals can join PACE if they meet the following conditions.
~55+
~Live in our service area:
Sebastian, Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Johnson, and Scott counties.
~Able to live safely in your own home.
~Are eligible for nursing home level care.

PACE Participants, often high-risk seniors show significant improvement in depression, studies show 80% of those initially screened as depressed no longer do so after 9 months.
