Hello! Come on down to Yoga Farm in Bethel for the one class I'll be offering there. Don't miss it! It will be next Saturday, 8/10 from 9-10:30 am.

I'm planning a sweet yoga session guaranteed to transform you! This class will include:

🙏 slow stretches to the sounds of farm animals
🙏 a mild Kundalini yoga set to get your energy moving
