Posture and body mechanics has been the foundation of our MSD prevention blueprint for > 40 years. There is growing evidence that this is also associated with general health benefits (i.e., longevity) as concluded in this recent research paper published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology. Simply practicing finding good postural alignment sitting and then getting up and down with proper body mechanics is a fundamental musculoskeletal wellness concept and a perfect starting point for "exercise snacking". DRS wants to spread the word on the "Power of Posture" (i.e., video provided by Jean for AstraZeneca) - DRS prevention leaders are helping many thousands of people learn how to integrate this into their daily routines each week around the country and have done so for many years - the movement to prevention is growing, take control of your health and wellbeing!!!
