In light of the shocking calamity that has affected our colleagues at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing, our hearts and prayers are with their residents, families, and staff during this time of tribulation.

While healthcare facilities do operate independently, when it comes to the well-being of patients and residents, the lines of competition disappear. In moments such as these, what matters most is community, collaboration, and continuity of care.

At Barnegat Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a member of the Continuum Healthcare family of skilled nursing facilities, we remain committed to supporting the Ocean County community — including Tuckerton and Little Egg Harbor Township — however we can. Our mission has and always will be to put patients first, strengthen partnerships, and ensure that residents and families feel supported during times of uncertainty.

Healthcare isn’t just about buildings — it’s about people. And our community is stronger when we stand together.

Yakir brings 4 years of healthcare experience, including 2 years as an Administrator. He’s passionate about quality care and teamwork. Fun fact — he used to own a café in Harrison, NJ and loves playing basketball and watching sports! ☕🏀
