Sharing some healthy dinner ideas.

1. Grilled chicken with roasted vegetables
2. Baked salmon with quinoa and steamed broccoli
3. Stir-fry with tofu, mixed veggies and brown rice
4. Zucchini noodles with turkey meatballs and marinara sauce
5. Lentil soup with a side salad
6. Baked sweet potato with black beans, avocado, and salsa
7. Grilled shrimp with roasted asparagus and brown rice
8. Cauliflower rice stir-fry with chicken and mixed veggies
9. Tuna salad with mixed greens and a side of whole-grain crackers
10. Veggie burger with a side salad or roasted sweet potato wedges.
