Hi, I’m Laura! I am a nurse and a step mom and dog mom and a newly certified yoga instructor, but most of all: I am a being. I hope to share a peaceful space with you at Yoga with Kileen while I practice teaching the art of connecting mind to body. I have been practicing yoga since my childhood and I am filled with joy to be able to share that experience with my future students. This donation-based class will be accessible for everyone. A gentle flow to help you flow through the rest of the week.
