Weekly Recap:
This week was Wellderly Week! This week we focused on the wellness of our residents 👵🏻🧔🏻‍♂️
Monday: we had chair yoga 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️Yoga with Kileen we had an amazing instructor named Jennifer. Thank you so much Jennifer for coming to do Chair Yoga!
Tuesday: we had our St. Patrick’s day party ☘️🥳thank you to Paula and Donna for helping and providing the punch Eternal Hope Hospice and Palliative Care, Katie Jo for the cookies and doing St. Patrick day trivia during the party and thank you Janie for the rainbow fruit tray 🌈🍒🍓🍎Brightmoor Hospice
Wednesday: we a walking challenge and all got our steps in 🚶🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️which is so important. Our community as a whole had a wonderful time participating in this challenge!
Thursday: we had a self care day 💆‍♀️💆 our residents got their hair done and had facial done thanks to Paula and Donna Hope Hospice and Palliative Care
Friday: we had pet therapy 🐕🐶 and dirt coconut cokes to end the week off strong! Thank you to Janie and Laura Zellner for bringing Don and Aloha.
Our residents had an amazing Wellderly week! Thank you for everyone who joined us in celebrating the wellness of our wonderful residents! 💘🫂
