Ana Zick LMHC, creator of Lotus Heart Center, brings holistic perspectives to counseling, consulting, supervision and energywork practices. The focus is placed on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, nutritional balance, and mental/emotional wellbeing. Ana earned her Master's Degree in Holistic Counseling from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. She is licensed in Massachussetts as a Mental Health Counselor and accepts most insurances for psychotherapy services. Her office is located on beautiful Barnstable Harbor in Cape Cod, MA. Ana's interests and desires to find deeper meaning and answers led her to study with metaphysical teachers including Dolores Cannon. Ana is a Certified Level II Practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis and uses kinesiology, Emotion Code, and various other holistic and shamanic approaches. Emphasis is placed on Soul growth and balance allowing a client's essence and process to unfold while attaining mutually agreed upon goals.
