The 3•3•3 Breathing Strategy is a calming tool you can use anywhere.
✨ Take 3 deep breaths, stacking each one to fully fill your lungs.
✨ Gently hold your breath at the top.
✨ As you exhale slowly, relax 3 parts of your body:
• Head, neck, and shoulders
• Chest, stomach, and back
• Thighs, calves, and toes
