~~FULL HOURS AGAIN!~~

We are finally able to be open from early morning until the evening again! We are fully here for your fitness needs from 6am-7pm Monday through Thursday, and 7am-7pm on Fridays!

We will also have Saturday hours again (9am-12pm) beginning January 31st!

🌊 Calling Swim & Wellness Instructors! 🌊

The Barre RehabGYM is excited to open our warm saltwater pool to the community and is looking to share this beautiful space with like-minded instructors and programs.

We’re welcoming independent instructors interested in using the pool for:
🏊‍♀️ Swim instruction
🧘 Yoga & aquatic yoga
🌿 Tai Chi
👵 Senior fitness & balance programs
👶 Infant & young child water introduction

Our warm saltwater pool offers a safe, supportive, and calming environment—perfect for building confidence in the water, improving balance, strength, and flexibility, and introducing movement at any age or ability level.

It's that time again 😍
The 7th Annual RehabGYM Invitational Strength Meet is on May 17 at 10am!
This year we're moving the meet back indoors and focusing on creating the most positive environment possible for newer competitors!
This deadlift-only meet is designed to destigmatize lifting heavy weights and create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for those new to competitive resistance training. If you’re interested in competing DM us or reach out to hendrik.reinold@rehabgym.com
