My health journey started when I received my Bachelors Degree in Nutrition at Simmons College in Boston. I moved to Florida and fell in love with running then shortly after that transitioned to a Whole Food Plant Based Diet. The last few years on my journey of getting in touch with my body's intuition I have learned a lot! I have learned about the benefits of a plant based diet for your body and the environment, how to successfully run a full marathon and how to balance all of these healthy habits with a busy life. I have learned how empowering it is achieve success in goals you set out for yourself! Now I am ready to share my experience while guiding you down your path to success! Got back to the gym last night! I’ve been taking baby out for walks and running with her to almost daily. Time to go back to work! I plan to start small by making time for at least 30 minutes of exercise four days a week-In between food prep, breastfeeding, work, cleaning and playtime!

I know if I take time to exercise I will feel good, have more energy and there will be more of me available for my baby and husband.

Make small and realistic goals then declare your intentions!

Our gut has a HUGE impact on so many aspects o four health.
Are you experiencing diarrhea, acid reflux, gas, bloating, indigestion or constipation often?
If so this is not normal and there is a lot you can do to alleviate these issues!
