Introducing our newest microfarm in Barre City! 🌱

It’s a work in progress, and thanks to these incredible volunteers, we’re getting close to planting. Many of our microfarms begin as fields of 6-foot-tall invasive weeds, but at this site we’re tackling sod removal instead of weedwhacking (bonus: it’s much easier to spot the ticks 😅).

Next up: planting a cover crop to nourish and rebuild the soil throughout the season, along with beautiful flowers for the neighbors to enjoy during this farm’s start-up phase.

By 2027, this little plot will be home to medicinal herbs and tea plants! 🍵💚

The 2026 Barre Farmer’s Market season kicks off in just 2 weeks and we cannot wait to fill Currier Park with fresh finds, local products, amazing vendors, delicious food trucks, and live music all summer long!

Join us every Wednesday beginning June 3rd!
Farmers Market • 3:30–6:30 PM
Food Trucks • 4–7 PM
Concerts • 5:30-7 PM

Thanks to everyone that came out and shared some love and excitement last Saturday. We had a blast!

Last minute Mother's Day shoppers, where you at? We have beautiful and delicious things you can't find in the box store or amazon.
