Something I've been working on is trying to slow down and enjoy..... whether this is a peaceful moment, delicious food, a beautiful sound, or anything else that brings me joy. I tend to get so busy that I feel like I don't have time. When I stop and think, these moments should be the priority. So, I thought this week we'd practice this in class by savoring this time we set aside for ourselves for our well being and just take time to be grateful for our positive experiences.
