Something I've been working on is trying to slow down and enjoy..... whether this is a peaceful moment, delicious food, a beautiful sound, or anything else that brings me joy. I tend to get so busy that I feel like I don't have time. When I stop and think, these moments should be the priority. So, I thought this week we'd practice this in class by savoring this time we set aside for ourselves for our well being and just take time to be grateful for our positive experiences. If you have not tried a class yet and this is calling to you, why wait? Join us this week. Reserve your spot by emailing Lisa at lisa@burnouttoblisshealthcoaching.com or calling 978-257-8180. Over the last 4 years I have developed a mindfulness practice of my own and incorporate mindfulness into both my yoga classes and health and wellness coaching practice. I have found the benefits of a mindfulness practice have increased the quality of my life immensely. I hope to continue to share this with others and continue to evolve both my personal practice and teaching through what I have learned in this wonderful course. I am a bit sad I completed it already! -Lisa

In this class we will start with a guided meditation or breath work, then do some gentle movement and yoga poses on the ground. We will do some poses on our hands and knees (option to do these seated). We will transition to standing for some poses and then back down to the ground for more poses and end in Savasana. Option to bring a chair into class (some do, some do not). There is a theme each week. Call or email Lisa today to reserve a spot to try a class for free.

This week's theme for yoga classes is ease. It can be hard to feel ease in the mind with a storm approaching and even harder to feel ease in the body after shoveling. This week in classes we will focus on easing discomfort in the body- focusing on the lower back and shoulders. We will also try and cultivate the sense of ease in our minds as we practice. There are openings in all classes. No class Monday due to the storm. To reserve a spot lisa@burnouttoblisshealthcoaching.com or call (no texting- this is a landline) 978-257-8180

Don’t wait until you feel comfortable.
Don’t wait until you have it all figured out.
Don’t wait until you retire.
Don’t wait until everything is perfect.
Don’t wait until you have the approval of others.
Our time here is finite.
You don’t want to run out of time and be filled with “what if’s” and serious regrets.
This is your one precious life, spend time cultivating a friendship with yourself knowing who you are, what you want, and how you can live your life fully.
You are worthy. Your life today is THE something special.

(Take it day by day. Don’t stress too much about tomorrow.-unknown)

There are still openings...What do we do in class? We start by settling in, do some very gentle movement on the ground and then move into our restorative poses. We hold comfortable poses for 5-10 minutes - no strengthening and no deep stretching. At the end of this class we will practice Yoga Nidra for about 15 minutes. This is a laying down meditation that brings you into a state between being awake and being asleep. Most participants get a great nights sleep.
