Chakra Balancing Yin Yoga on Friday nights starts this Friday! If you'd like to just do the class this Friday for the root chakra, there are lots of openings. We will do a guided meditation on the root chakra, an energy center located at the base of the spine associated with survival, home, belonging, and physical and emotional well being. We will open up this energy center to promote grounding, security, stability, and feelings of support through the meditation and Yin Yoga poses which are all on the ground. We will end with Yoga Nidra, a meditation to promote deep relaxation and inner peace. IMy goal is for you to leave feeling grounded and at peace. If you would like to reserve a spot 978-257-8182 or lisa@burnouttoblisshealthcoaching.com This class is appropriate for anyone that can get down onto the floor and back up. Never tried yoga before? You can register for all of the restorative, all of the chakra balancing, or pick 6 classes combining restorative and chakra balancing to get the 6 classes for $100 if paid at the first class. There are still a couple of openings in this class. The poses in this class are all restorative. You will use lots of props to get as comfortable as possible and the poses are all on the ground. Think total relaxation. Most students say they get an excellent night's sleep after class.
