Spring is in the air.... Over the last week we've gotten that hint of spring coming. We have the opportunity to renew each day in our own way, but the extra sunlight and warmer weather just seems to make it easier. Maybe it's the extra vitamin D? Maybe it's being out in the fresh air? Maybe it's the birds singing? Maybe it's the flowers beginning to sprout? Maybe it's something else. Whatever it is, let's take advantage by having renewal as our theme this week and get that positive energy going. See you on your mat.
