Some things are meant to be released quietly, without guilt.

A lighter home helps.
But a lighter heart changes everything.

There are still openings for next Friday night's class. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. You deserve it! This is not exercise. It is a restorative class for intentional rest to get into your parasympathetic nervous system. Students have reported a great night's sleep. It is all on the floor- no standing poses.
