Throughout my 22 years of working with runners as a sports medicine physical therapist, I have always put educating my runners as a top priority. My goal was to have every runner leave my practice as a more knowledgeable runner in the areas of self-care, training, and all aspects of runners' health. I then trained my staff of 12 PTs to do the same and built a 2 state practice in which we saw more runners than most practices. I had the fortunate opportunity to work with some of the greats: Emily Sisson, Molly Huddle, Kim Smith, Johny Gregorek and more...

During this time I grew my public speaking and teaching business via RUNstrong® and found I was able to reach more runners and coaches than within the healthcare environment. I sold my practice in 2022 to get out of insurance-restricted healthcare and am now 100% focussed on speaking/educating/counseling runners to keep them healthy and thriving....RUNstrong® baby!
