Yoga is such a beautiful tool for our amazing kiddos. It supports self-regulation, builds body awareness, and helps them navigate big emotions in a healthy way. Through breathing exercises, gentle poses, and playful movement, they gain practical tools to feel calm, focused, and empowered — all while having fun.
