Join our upcoming Postpartum Mental Wellness Planning Workshop for Expecting Parents — a supportive, therapist-guided session to help you create your personalized postpartum mental wellness plan before baby arrives. This live, virtual course is wonderful for parents in their second or third trimester who want to intentionally prepare for their newest addition. Cost is $50 per couple. In 2019, after the birth of my daughter, I was surprised by how challenging the transition to motherhood felt, even as a therapist with coping tools. When I sought support, I realized there were no providers in my area specializing in postpartum mental health. That search led me to Postpartum Support International and their Postpartum Mental Health Certificate, which sparked a new calling. The following year, I earned my PMH-C and founded Mind Made Well to provide the competent, compassionate care I once struggled to find. Over the past 5 years, our pratice has grown to a team of 3, with a focus on Motherhood and Women’s Wellness.
