- Ankle mobility is crucial in our lives rather you are Olympic lifting, running or just walking in day to day life 
- Here are a few easy exercises to help mobilize the ankles and keep them healthy for years to come! 
1️⃣ Banded ankle dorsiflexion 1x15
2️⃣ Calf stretch w/ activation 2 min hold w/ 4x10 sec holds
