Sana Wellness Center is a BIPOC and Q***r owned holistic trauma-informed practice with a supportive and team-centered environment. SWC is growing and accepting applications from clinicians (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LPC) to be contracted for full or part time in a newly renovated space with competitive pay. SWC is a culturally competent, LGBT/GSRD affirming, and sex-positive office with a collaborative team that strives for continuing education, intraoffice support, and advocacy. We are dedicated to providing a supportive and ethical workplace with self-care being a top priority for all clinicians. Clinicians are also given the space to explore and build their clinical style with the ability to incorporate creative and comprehensive interventions. SWC offers both in-person and telehealth options; however, in-person services are required.

*Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO medical insurance (full-time employees) with office paying portion of coverage

*Competitive pay by clinical hour paid to clinician within the next pay period before credentialing. Certifications and additional continuing education taken into consideration for base hourly pay.

*Flexible schedule: Full-time considered an average of 25 weekly clinical hours and part-time considered an average of 12 weekly clinical hours Set by clinician with minimal schedule requirements including 2 evenings until 7pm OR one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
*Office manager who handles all billing, insurance, intake process, and rescheduling if desired
*Easy, quick, and digital progress notes software to minimize non-clinical work time
*Steady referrals (practice has a current waitlist) and office-funded marketing to assist in quick caseload management and growth
*Continuing education stipend incentives for both full-time and part-time employees
*Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and fair environment where owners adhere to all employee expectations, intentionally small team housed within one location to foster cohesive peer support, and prioritization on clinician self-care
*Full-time employees have ability to decorate their own non-shared clinical office to embrace authenticity and comfort for client and clinician
*Malpractice insurance with included retained lawyer for consultation provided
*Group consultation every month

Sana Wellness Center is a growing practice looking for a trauma-informed clinician (LCPC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) to be contracted and work full or part time in a newly renovated space.
