🧡 March is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month 🧡

The NeuroBalance Center helps people living with MS maintain function, improve quality of life, and continue doing the things they love.

Living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) can bring daily challenges—but movement, support, and whole-person care can make a powerful difference. This month, we’re highlighting the many ways our programs help individuals living with MS stay strong, active, and connected.

Our approach focuses on supporting the body, mind, and nervous system through:
💪 Personal Training – individualized programs to build strength, mobility, and confidence
🏋️ Adaptive Group Fitness – supportive classes designed for different ability levels
👟 Health & Wellness Training – strategies to manage symptoms and support overall well-being
🎓 Educational Programming – learning opportunities for clients and caregivers
💆 Massage Therapy – helping reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support relaxation
✨ Reiki Therapy – promoting calm, balance, and nervous system regulation

🧡💜 This MS Awareness Month, we stand with the MS community and celebrate the power of movement, education, and holistic support 💜🧡

💜Meet Our Personal Trainers!💜

Jane joined the NeuroBalance Center team in 2025, bringing 16 years of extensive experience. She holds multiple group exercise certifications, including strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), dance-based cardiovascular conditioning, and core conditioning. This comprehensive background allows her to customize workouts to meet each client's specific needs. Jane is deeply passionate about helping all of her clients live their best lives.

Joining the team in 2018, Nick is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute of Chicago and previously managed a fitness center at a local assisted living facility.
