Hope everyone is having a good day!
Also wanted to check in on how you are coming along with your goals you made for being a healthier you.
Unfortunately, due to my foot surgery last Wednesday, I was not able to check my weight this week, but that's ok. Can't put any weight on my foot for at least another week, which is a bummer!
However, it actually gave me an opportunity to do something I've kept saying I need to do - work on my upper body strength!!
Not only am I on crutches, but I have to scoot up and down the stairs on my butt which means I have to push myself up and down the stairs😜 I do actually feel myself getting stronger 💪
So don't let a little bump in the road get in your way. Either find an alternative/modification or focus on the positive you CAN achieve!
No one said the road to your goals would be easy. In fact, it can challenge you in ways you never imagined, but don't stress over it. Learn from the experience 🤗
