Physical exam
Labs (Cholesterol panel, HbA1c-diabetes check, Complete Blood Count, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel--liver, kidneys, electrolytes, Prostate Specific Antigen PSA for men, TSH-thyroid test)
Vital signs
EKG (if indicated)
Guidance regarding recommended vaccinations
Referrals for recommended preventative testing (i.e. mammogram, colonoscopy) or specialists (i.e. cardiology, endocrinology), if needed.
*insurance not accepted but HSA can be used, visit is $300. If EKG is indicated, that will be an additional $50.
