There are many spiritual paths, tools, and teachers available today. Discernment is the practice of listening inward. Spiritual growth is not about trying everything. It is about noticing what resonates. Discernment asks us to tune into our body and heart, not just the mind. When something feels supportive, grounded, and clear it is worth exploring. This feels important to talk about in this moment as there are many offerings out there that make big promises, quick shifts etc. Healing is a journey to wholeness and meant to unfold naturally for you.
