Meet 𝗔𝗯𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗹, one of our Licensed Professional Counselors at ILCS.

Abagail has over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Her approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based care. She has extensive experience in crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and creating personalized care plans that truly meet clients where they are.

She is especially passionate about child and infant mental health and believes deeply in helping clients find healing, growth, and balance. Abagail also integrates faith-based wellness for clients who value spiritual growth as part of their emotional well-being.

Meet Melissa 💙
Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong background in trauma-informed care. She began her career as a behavioral health rehabilitation specialist and later spent over a decade as a domestic violence and sexual assault advocate. Through this work, she gained specialized training in trauma, resilience, and survivor support.

Melissa works with adults, children ages 5 to 17, couples, and families.

Her approach is grounded in psychodynamic and family systems therapy, helping clients better understand patterns, relationships, and emotional experiences in a supportive environment.

Meet Elodie 💙

Elodie brings over 26 years of experience in the helping profession and has worked with teens, adolescents, and individuals across school-based, community, and private practice settings. Her heart is especially focused on helping teenagers navigate emotional and life challenges.

Outside of work, Elodie enjoys time with her family, hiking with their dogs, cheering on her kids at dirt bike rides, and playing tabletop games together. She believes strong support systems matter both inside and outside the therapy room.
