Friendly reminder about scheduling, appointments and no-shows. As you probably know, Dr. Cupp’s appointment schedule is extremely busy; our office does work diligently to accommodate each and every patient’s needs. We do ask that if you cannot make your appointment, that you give us ample notice in order to fill that time slot. Having a no-show appointment does take away the opportunity to see patients that have asked to be placed on the cancellation list.
Cancellation list general information:
We cannot always call from our main phone line, you may not recognize the number when you receive a call.
Most times, we will be calling for a same day or next day appointment.
When we leave a voicemail, we do appreciate a return phone call whether you are available or unable to accept the new appointment time.
