As we begin a new year, we invite you to slow down and set intentions in a meaningful, reflective way. Join us for A Candle Blessing Tradition, a gentle, guided experience focused on mindfulness, breath, movement, and rest.

This experience will include supportive affirmations, gentle moving breath, journaling, relaxing soundscapes, and live piano. Tea, snacks, and fragrance-free candles will be provided.

💗 The Heart of Healing 💗

We’re grateful to partner with Hopestone Cancer Support Center of Bartlesville, Inc. again this year to offer The Heart of Healing, a free, restorative morning focused on caring for the mind, body, and spirit.

Join us on January 24, 2026, from 9:30am–12:30pm at Hopestone for a gentle, grounding experience that includes Tai Chi/Barre, Chair Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Somatic Practices, and a rejuvenating Sound Bath.

As we head into Christmas, our team will be taking a short pause to rest and celebrate the holiday. Our office will be closed December 22–26 and will reopen Monday, December 29. We want you to know that support still matters, and help is always within reach.

Please call our office and leave a message if you need support, someone will return your call as soon as possible. If an emergency arises, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
