🎄✨ Angel Tree Applications 2025 ✨🎄

This year we’re doing things a little differently — and we’re excited to offer both online and in-person Angel Tree applications!

We know not everyone has easy access to a computer or the ability to upload documents, so we want to make sure everyone has a chance to sign up. ☺️

📌 Online Sign-Ups:
🗓 Opens Monday, September 8th at 9:00 AM
⏳ Please note: We do not have a set closing time. Applications will remain open until we reach our ONLINE limit. Behind the scenes, our team is monitoring paperwork and numbers carefully. Once capacity is reached, online sign-ups will close.

📌 In-Person Sign-Ups:
🗓 The week of September 29th – October 3rd
⏰ Dates & times will be announced soon!

➡️ If you miss the online sign-up, don’t worry — you’ll still have the opportunity to register in person.

Minor Pediatrics will be closed on Friday, 7/4, to celebrate Independence Day! We will be open our normal business hours on Monday, 7/7, We hope you have a happy and safe 4th of July!

Minor Pediatrics will be hosting the kids games, turtle races, bike races, water ballons, etc in front of Navitas Utility in Ochelata on 7/5. Bring your bike, your turtle and your kid! Games will start at the conclusion of the parade. Parade starts at 10 am! Co-ed softball to follow and fireworks at dark! The best small town celebration you will find!
