Home delivery within Bartlesville and Dewey city limits
Service to long term care facilities, assisted

Prescription compounding
Full line of home medical equipment including bath-aids, diabetic supplies, hospital beds, incontinence products, lift chairs, mastectomy bras & prosthesis, ostomy supplies, walkers, wheelchairs & accessories, and much more.

Dear Customers,

We have been so touched by all the nice compliments and comments that customers and the community have made about Boulevard Pharmacy, our staff and the owners. It is definitely bittersweet. We have loved serving the community of Bartlesville and surrounding towns over the years. As of today, September 16, 2024, we are closed for business. If you didn’t get the chance to call or come by and transfer your prescriptions, they have been transferred to Homeland South (the old Food Pyramid on Price Rd. and Hwy. 75). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you again for your business.

We regret to inform you that Boulevard Pharmacy will be closing its operations effective September 13, 2024. Despite our best efforts to sustain the business, the ongoing economic circumstances have forced us to make this difficult decision. We appreciate your loyalty and business over the last 54 years. If you have current prescriptions please call or come in and let us know where you would like to transfer to. Business hours will remain as usual for this week. Starting September 9th-13th we will be open from 9am-12pm. Again, thank you for your business.

Inclement weather update...Boulevard Pharmacy will be open tomorrow with a slight change in our hours of operation. We will be delaying our opening until 10am and will be closing an hour earlier at 5pm. Unfortunately, we will not be making deliveries tomorrow.
