Class alert!

Kick-off the weekend right with our fantastic Refit instructors (Gail, Rosa, Kymie, Apple) for a fun, slightly delayed due to the snow and ice, VALENTINE'S DANCE PARTY!!

The party is this TOMORROW MORNING (Saturday, Feb. 20) at 10am in the gym. We can't wait to dance with you again!!

REV+FLOW by REFIT® is a high intensity, low impact workout designed for everyone. Although it is movement to music, this is not a cardio dance class. Movements are slower, focusing on strength, balance, flexibility and mobility.

Please join Ashley and Rosa and they lead you through this wonderful, uplifting workout! Class is outside Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6 PM at the newly opened Town Center at Unity Square! Bring water and a yoga mat (2-3lb weights are optional).

We have some exciting news! Our exercise classes will be held OUTSIDE this summer, beginning June 1, at the Tower Center at Unity Square located right next door to the Library! The classes are free and open to the public.
