Our Story
We have made so many differences in lives over the years in so many different ways. The difference our agency and staff made may have been the patient, family member or friend. It is a special thing to allow someone to remain in their home with their things.
Caregiver’s Home Health & Companion Care (Caregiver Services of Bartlesville) began in 1985 as a service of a Trust Department of a local bank who saw an undeniable need for services that would allow individuals to remain in their home safely and independently. The demand became so great for this service, in 1997 a decision was made to establish a formal licensed Oklahoma State Department of Health home care agency. We are privately owned and operated.
Our Administrator Elizabeth Collins, RN, ALNC is a Registered Nurse, Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant and Certified Home Health Administrator. Elizabeth “Liz” began with the agency in 1999 as the Director of Nursing and assumed the position of Administrator in 2000. Liz left for a short time in 2008 to oversee the establishment of Oklahoma Cyberknife from the start of construction until it was operational. During this time Liz worked with Physicist, Neurologist, Urologist, Cardio Thoracic surgeons and Radiation Oncologist then later that same year resumed her position as Administrator. Liz has served on many Board of Director’s in our community as well as on the Community Investment Committe of United Way. All of our staff are supervised by a Licensed or Registered nurse and our Clinical Manager.
Rosalie “Rosie” Reynolds, RN, FSG has a BSN in Family Studies Geriatrics and is our Clinical Manager. Rosie began with Caregiver’s in 2008 bringing her valuable experience and knowledge from providing hospital nursing care, Nursing home Director of Nursing and home health. All staff members are Supervised by our Clinical Manager.
