What a fun day! The Indigo at Bartlett went all out with decorations. Residents rocked their costumes and were ready to get this party started! Family, friends, kids, babies, and dogs joined in to make things even more Spooktacular.

🎃 A huge thank you to Living Lord Lutheran Church and Pastor Kristian Johnson for welcoming us to your annual Trunk or Treat! We had such a fun time joining in the festivities — from s’mores and live music to visiting our friends at the Bartlett Fire Department and the Bartlett Police Department . 🚒✨

Our residents participated in a crystal bowl sound bath today, which offered calming and rejuvenating tones. After the session concluded and the lights were turned back on, no one wanted to leave. What are the benefits of a sound bath? Deep relaxation and stress relief, lowered heart rate and blood pressure, increased sense of well-being and awareness, and a more relaxed brain wave state. As a result, our residents are experiencing improved sleep quality tonight.
