West Tennessee K-9 brought so much joy, comfort, and excitement to our building! Residents absolutely loved the wagging tails, soft snuggles, and sweet interactions. These special visits always fill the room with laughter, calmness, and heartwarming memories. 💙

Today we completed our Hope Blooms Training, guided by our Health Service Director and Life Enrichment Director. 🌿
This program helps us deepen empathy, understanding, and practical skills as we care for residents living with dementia. Through interactive activities and real-life scenarios, we learn to see care through our residents’ eyes — responding with compassion, dignity, and respect. 💛

When we learn, hope grows — and so does the quality of life for those we serve.
