We've brought in a new product for those that need the benefits of CBD but with a slight "kick in pants" boost. Great to take off the edge, relax and still good for being out and about, work etc. V**eables and gummies for those that need a little more umph but not the big dose of other delta products. So they snuck in provisions to ban all intoxicating h**p products over .4 % per serving in this CR. Rand Paul fought to change tonight and lost. This goes to the house and don't think they care much about the 300k jobs at risk with this one. I will be awaiting info on any legal actions, but once Trump signs the bill once it passes the House, it makes pretty much everything illegal in 365 days from signing.

"The rider redefines "h**p" under the 2018 Farm Bill to exclude most intoxicating cannabinoid products (e.g., delta-8/9 THC gummies, v**es) exceeding 0.3% total THC post-decarboxylation. It imposes a one-year grace period for compliance, then nationwide recriminalization—sparing non-intoxicating uses like CBD oil, fiber, or grain."
