Nope, doesn't impact me as it's not my thing, but a heads-up since the majority of v**e stores, smoke shops and gas stations sell the sketchy one sadly.

Tennessee just passed a full ban on all Kratom and 7-OH products (HB 1649 / Matthew Davenport’s Law). It passed the Senate today and heads to the governor. Once signed, it kicks in July 1st. After that, simple possession is a Class A misdemeanor (up to 11/29 in jail /2500.00 fine) and selling/distributing is a Class C felony, so no one will ship.

Kratom in my opinion had some benefits but as most know, I REFUSED to sell that 7 hydroxy (7oh) and it has NASTY withdrawals. So for any that got suckered into using it, you might not realize an issue until it's gone. Please look into some safe taper opinions or share the news if you know someone who uses it. Personally, it should never have been allowed to ever have been sold to begin with but sympathetic to those that have been using it.

Hey gang! NTRL "yummies" are restocked as well as most eliquid with another small top off due tomorrow.

Just a reminder: July 1st, ALL h**p items we currently sell will no longer be allowed to be sold. If there are items you like, start planning NOW. While June 30th is the last day the old laws are allowed, my main TN distro is unloading now and will more than likely be dry well before then. I will do a few pre-order dates soon and that will be pay upfront and pick up later.

I honestly am not aware of any TN distro that will be on the books July 1st and it's complicated due to the Federal h**p ban coming November 12th unless they create some extension. It's being worked on but for now, everything will be illegal at that time, even CBD. So unless that is changed, companies are not going to pay the money only to close up shop 4 months later.

"If" they delay the federal reclassification, TN on July 1st still means NO flower, NO prerolls, NO large disposables (cannot exceed .5 ml) Gummies capped at 15mg per serving/20 max per container. NO Thca. NO Thcp.

Long post but just keep that all in mind.

Phew! That was "fun". Obviously if we don't reclaim some of our v**e customers we lost, there probably won't be much of a future left for us here sadly, but we will do our best. With almost all ni****ne disposables being banned on January 1st, (no Raz, Geek, Foger etc) we certainly would hate to lose it all after 13 years and so close to the new v**e laws in place for Tennesse. So we will certainly need your support

To our v**e family: What are some things you would like to see? Looking at a few lines and curious is anything stands out to more than a few? We don't really have top categories and need to tighten this down to big movers versus random across the board.
The TN Registry is moving well so far!

While it isn't quite March yet, please start planning ahead now. Add in the federal ban that will become active November unless delayed, there will be a lot of ups and downs between now and July 1st.

So July is the big shift for TN. If November is not delayed then all is gone essentially.
