The Bartlett High School Concert Band and Wind Symphony were both awarded the Tennessee Bandmasters Association’s Award of Distinction in Concert Performance at the West Tennessee Band and Orchestra Association’s Memphis Area Concert Festival on March 12. They were two of only four groups to earn this honor of the 50+ bands that attended this week, representing over 40 schools. This is the 4th consecutive season both groups have earned this distinction, and Bartlett remains the only school to have multiple ensembles win this award across this stint of time.
