Yesterday was a great day in Tiptonville! Yesterday was the annual Lake County Community Baby Shower. This event grows every year thanks to the amazing women at the Lake County Health Department. We are so grateful to be included in this event again (for our 3rd year!) along side several other organizations.
Thanks to Sweet Cheeks Diaper Ministry & GUWF Children's Consignment Sale for making sure the moms had a huge selection of donated clothing and diapers. Thank you to our friends at Reelfoot Rural Ministries for getting our big items to the venue for us! Thank you to the Sewing Circle at Covenant United Methodist Church - Cordova for the burp clothes and play mats you made. The moms were so happy to pick theirs out.
Thanks to the local high school students who walked with each woman around to all the tables and helped carry their goodies.
We could not participate in events like this without funding from multiple sources. We want to say a special thank you to The Bank of Fayette County 100 Women Who Care Jackson and TN Strong Families for making this happen.

Significant preparation goes into the Safe Parenting kits we provide for our clients. Many thanks to our E.D.'s mother, Betty Jean Bell , for dedicating several days to unboxing orders, sorting supplies and assembling dozens of kits!!!

We want to say a THANK YOU to the women of St. Paul United Methodist Church- Lakeland, Tn for helping pack almost 40 diaper bags yesterday! These were packed in preparation for a baby shower at Birthright of Memphis today and for a HUGE community baby shower in Lake County next week. Thank you, ladies!!

The April Wishlist Item of the Month is our bottle kit! We provide these along with replacement ni***es, a bottle brush, and microwave sterilizer bags to our clients. We want to keep bottles clean and babies healthy.

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to the amazing staff and volunteers at and the for all of their hard work on this week's sale. Hannah's Hope staff were able to get CAR LOADS of donated baby items and clothing for our clients after the sale was over. These donations make a huge difference for our moms, and we are so very grateful.
