Be prepared and ahead of the curve to save!

So this is not a direct sales pitch for us, but more of an overall be prepared. While all devices, coils and batteries will certainly see an increase due to tariffs (now 170%) I'd highly recommended disposable users to go to their local v**e shops and highly consider moving to an open system device.

The savings will be huge since we use US manufactured eliquid for those. Yes, coils and pods will certainly cost more than they do currently, but this is a very loose guesstimate of the cost disposables could go to without knowing how much the manufacturers and wholesalers may possibly absorb.

With our victory this year in TN, it was nice to know my passion for this industry still remains strong as ever. I know it let many of you down last year when we had to close Zooks before the transition and there are a lot of faces we would love to see again. So if for some crazy reason anyone missed the multitude memos, we are still here for your va**ng needs! Sadly, with clover shutting their rewards program down, I lost the ability to reach so many.

So let's see if we can reconnect if we lost you! We still didn't cave to the disposables side of things and have plenty of good USA manufactured eliquid as always! On that note, we will soon carry Fifty Bar as they jumped into our fight here in TN and are filled with US goodness!

The new v***r bill WITH the amendment that Tennessee Smoke Free Association made happen passed the full House vote today. We fully expect the senate to adopt the house version. I cannot express how much time, money, and effort went into their fight in this. Without them, Tennessee would have been added to the list of states that only allow big to***co owned trash to***co flavored disposables.

Every shop in this state owes them a HUGE thanks! I'm making it a personal mission to get more shops on board as we will remain under attack for years to come. They did NOT want to concede to any of this at all.

I'll do my usual update via live tonight or tomorrow but this was such a huge win!

Well, as expected, the senate bill passed just a few moments ago and more yes votes than expected. Now this goes to the house to be voted on. I'll be very honest gang, this doesn't look good right now for v**ers. They really are bought and paid for on this and I've never witnessed the lies and propaganda thrown around like this before.

This is NOT about protecting kids. These lawmakers have been bought and paid for by big to***co. If this affects you or someone you know, share. We've only got a couple of weeks once this passes the senate and then onto the house.

The study advised against it. The American Lung Association and The American Heart Association are also opposed to this bill. Many lawmakers do NOT care. Lobby money runs DEEP! Share, email and call your representatives and make noise!

V**e shop owners say they will be forced to go out of business after a ban on flavored v**es took effect this week.

It's been such a nasty legislative session. I'll hop on later this week and update the best I can. It's a lot since both V**e and H**p are under serious attack.

For now I can say the v**e ban looks like it's going to pass easily in the state senate. If we can't beat this in the house, the ban would go into effect July 1st. Please email and call on all calls to action if you use any of these products we sell. We're down to just a few weeks at best.
