Return and Exchange Policy

We guarantee our products; if you receive a product that is defective, we will exchange the item, or provide a Rafa Natural Gift Card at the receipt price, within 30 days of purchase. We are human, so if we made an error, we apologize and will make it right, at no additional shipping/delivery expense to you, by exchange, replacement, or Rafa Natural e-Gift Card. Please notify us of any errors within 7 days of receiving your order by Mail/Delivery. Products in an unused and like new condition can be exchanged for Rafa Natural product, or a Rafa Natural Gift Card at the receipt price, within 7 days of purchase. Please Note: Products that have been left in a warm or hot vehicle, or like conditions, are not eligible for exchange or gift card. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that have been used, or on any gift-with-purchase, promotional products, or free product, or any product we determine to be from a previous season. Returns and exchanges can be made at our store in Bartow, FL, or Lakeland, FL, or by mail. Please call us at (863) 640-4620 or email us at Hello@RafaNatural.com with any questions. **Returns and exchanges made at our Lakeland location must be for Rafa Natural product or a Rafa Natural Gift Card at the receipt price. Your receipt by text, email, print, or online receipt must be presented at the time the return or exchange request is made.**

Returning by Mail/Delivery Service

Returned items may be sent by Federal Express, UPS or USPS. If sending by US Postal Service, it must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service. Please Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. In general, we do not cover the expense of shipping items back to the store, but call us at (863) 640-4620 if you feel you have extenuating circumstances. A Rafa Natural e-Gift Card will be issued upon receipt of the returned items in an unused and like new condition. If the returned items are received in a used, or unsellable condition (other than possible damage sustained during return shipping), we will not issue a gift card.-----

Hi friends! It’s Mia here — I’ve absolutely loved being part of the Rafa Natural team, but I’m packing my bags and moving to Australia for a year (wish me luck with the kangaroos 🦘).

That means… we’re looking for someone amazing to take my spot on the team! What’s the job like? Well, my days are a mix of:

💁🏻‍♀️ Greeting customers as they walk in, answering questions, and helping them find just the right product- customer service is the most important thing we do.
📦 Packing & checking online orders so customers get their goodies quickly and perfectly.
🧴 Restocking shelves, receiving new inventory, and keeping everything neat and organized.
🧹 Helping out with cleaning tasks (because teamwork makes the dream work.)

We also have fun while we work — it’s a busy environment, but we’re like a well-oiled machine and everyone plays their part. If you’re reliable, professional, and don’t mind hustling, you’ll fit right in.

Here are the details on the position:
+ Part-time, 22–32 hours a week. Must have flexible weekday, weekend, and event availability.
+ Primary location: Bartow, FL (with occasional help in Lakeland).
