Aspen Compassion is currently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team in the Aspen Valley and Vail area. We are accepting both long-term and seasonal applicants, with opportunities for seasonal employees to transition into permanent positions.
We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and are passionate about providing quality care to older adults. Previous caregiving experience is appreciated, but no certification is required — we are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow in the field of caregiving.
Position Details
Pay: $25–$30/hour depending on experience- Starting $30 for CNA
Schedule Options:
*8-hour shifts
*12-hour shifts
*24-hour shifts
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Seasonal positions available with potential for long-term placement
Responsibilities

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

-Providing companionship and emotional support
-Assisting with activities of daily living
-Meal preparation and light housekeeping
-Medication reminders
-Mobility and ambulation assistance
-Supporting clients in maintaining comfort, dignity, and independence
-What We’re Looking For:

-Compassionate and dependable individuals
-Strong communication skills
-Willingness to learn and adapt
-Ability to provide respectful, client-centered care
-Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

We are offering a number of positions for experienced caregivers. We are in need of people experienced with dementia and hospice care.

We are offering a number of positions from beginning caregivers to experienced caregivers. We offer in house training and allow those with credentials to earn enough to not have to work in a hospital setting. Aspen Compassion, Aspen Compassion Home Health, and Aspen Compassion Adventures are all hiring. We are in need of RN's, CNA's, LPN's, and people experienced with dementia and hospice care.
