**Motivation for the Week Ahead**
Remember, all hypnosis is SELF-HYPNOSIS. Take a moment to set your intentions for where you want to beāin a month, in six months, and a year from now. Write those goals down! Make it a daily ritual to revisit your benchmarks each morning.
Find a quiet, comfortable spot and take about ten minutes for yourself. Close your eyes, and allow your body to relax entirely. Focus on your breath. Let your thoughts drift to the center of your mind, gently following your natural breathing rhythm. Inhale deeply, then exhale fullyāletting go of any distractions. Simply concentrate on your breath.
Now, direct your thoughts towards the goals youāve set. Picture yourself achieving them. Feel how you would feel in your body and mind when you reach these milestones. Visualize your success: see it clearly and feel that sense of confidence and accomplishment resonating within you. Your success is within reach!
Practice this simple self-hypnosis technique for about ten minutes a day, for seven days, and notice how your motivation transforms. Keep at it for as long as you need until you achieve your desired outcomes.
