**Motivation for the Week Ahead**

Remember, all hypnosis is SELF-HYPNOSIS. Take a moment to set your intentions for where you want to be—in a month, in six months, and a year from now. Write those goals down! Make it a daily ritual to revisit your benchmarks each morning.

Find a quiet, comfortable spot and take about ten minutes for yourself. Close your eyes, and allow your body to relax entirely. Focus on your breath. Let your thoughts drift to the center of your mind, gently following your natural breathing rhythm. Inhale deeply, then exhale fully—letting go of any distractions. Simply concentrate on your breath.

Now, direct your thoughts towards the goals you’ve set. Picture yourself achieving them. Feel how you would feel in your body and mind when you reach these milestones. Visualize your success: see it clearly and feel that sense of confidence and accomplishment resonating within you. Your success is within reach!

Practice this simple self-hypnosis technique for about ten minutes a day, for seven days, and notice how your motivation transforms. Keep at it for as long as you need until you achieve your desired outcomes.

Hi michelle! I’ve been feeling really good, I’ve been listening to the recording every night and have definitely noticed a difference!! I definitely notice I’ve been able to shrug off some of the anxiety and stop worrying about things so much. It was hard the first night to get used to but now I’m getting into that tired/making my way towards sleep phase by the end of the recording. It’s senior week this week so there’s been lots of late nights and early mornings and I’ve been able to get up just fine and go about my day without dragging my feet too much and feeling exhausted!

This client did not think a full nights sleep was possible for her. She was 100% committed and it took two hypnosis sessions but that was last week.

My response… ā€œwelcome to the former insomniacs clubā€. šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰

Quick lesson about autoimmune diseases. It takes an average of 3 years and 5 doctors for a person to get a proper diagnosis of an autoimmune disease. I just wish more people understood what an autoimmune disease is. It is not a cold or the flu; you will never get better, and even a nap will not help. Just eating a salad and hitting the gym won’t slim your face or get the pounds off. Sleeping 10 hours doesn’t leave you well rested, ever. Last minute changes in plans because that ā€œjust got ran overā€ feeling. Achy joints and bones, dry skin, breaking hair, mood swings, and depression are just the tip of the iceberg. You are also prone to having multiple autoimmune diseases. The ā€œput together on the outside,ā€ rarely matches the raging battle on the inside.
I am watching the ones who will take the time to read this entire post and react.
