She began her professional journey as a massage therapist and Hatha yoga teacher and co-founded Aspen Health and Harmony in El Jebel
In addition to being a holistic health counselor and a practitioner of Quantum Emotional Clearing, she is a loving wife and devoted mother. Kate has always had a passion for holistic wellness and bodywork but after giving birth to her daughter, her attention turned
towards nutrition. During 2012, Kate and her husband discovered that their daughter was allergic to yeast, most sweeteners and wheat. Since then, she has augmented her extensive arsenal of healing tools by diving deeply into the world of nutritional science. Still a lover of chocolate and cook that likes to experiment, she has found innovative ways to make almost any recipe more nutritious and some wonderful healthy ways to create delicious desserts that all, even children, can enjoy! Overall, Kate combines what she has learned at the Institute for Integrated Nutrition and with her multitude of experience in the world of wellness and health to help others learn to live their life and enjoy the journey.
