We’re excited to introduce Lorelei, a dedicated provider who is passionate about caring for children and families. With extensive experience in family healthcare, Lorelei treats both acute illnesses and chronic conditions and brings additional clinical background in cardiology, occupational health, and wellness promotion.

As a lifelong local resident and proud Tonganoxie community member, Lorelei is deeply committed to caring for the families she calls neighbors. She believes in compassionate, preventative, and personalized care for every patient at every stage of life.

We are receiving a lot of calls to the urgent care to get scheduled with Max-Well Primary Care.

You can call the urgent care to schedule, or you can call 913-662-0061, which will transfer you to the urgent care to schedule.

We are opening February 2, 2026 and the week is filling up. 🙂

💡 Understanding Your Visit Charges

We want to be transparent about how billing works at Max-Well.

When you visit us, the amount you’re charged is based on information your insurance company provides, not numbers we create or control.

Here’s how it works:
• We verify your insurance and benefits using the data your insurer gives us
• Your copay, deductible, or coinsurance is determined by your specific plan
• The estimate you receive is what your insurance tells us you owe at the time of service
• Final responsibility is always determined by your insurance company after they process the claim

Because every plan is different, even within the same insurance company, costs can vary from patient to patient.

👉 If you ever have questions about your bill, we’re happy to review it with you and help guide you on next steps.
👉 For detailed benefit questions, your insurance company is always the best source.

Our goal is no surprises and full transparency, while continuing to provide high-quality care to our community. 💙
