Medical Records Request Information

We’ve received several questions about how to have medical records sent to our office.

Patients have a legal right to request copies of their medical records and may choose to have them sent directly to themselves or to any healthcare provider of their choice.

If you’ve been told that you are not allowed to request your records, please know that this information is NOT accurate. You are always entitled to access your own medical information.

We’re excited to introduce Lorelei, a dedicated provider who is passionate about caring for children and families. With extensive experience in family healthcare, Lorelei treats both acute illnesses and chronic conditions and brings additional clinical background in cardiology, occupational health, and wellness promotion.

As a lifelong local resident and proud Tonganoxie community member, Lorelei is deeply committed to caring for the families she calls neighbors. She believes in compassionate, preventative, and personalized care for every patient at every stage of life.
