We will be closed for processing for a couple of days. January 18th through 21 January. 34 year wedding anniversary. Gotta keep my beautiful bride first.

We are truly blessed and we appreciate our customers more than you know. We are coming to the end of the season for 2023/2024. We will be closing our kitchen and smokehouse January 31, 2024 . We will still offer/making our award winning BURRITOS 🌯 year round.

Im going on a hunt, so We will be closing this Monday through Friday but will open back up for full processing, Burritos and Tamales, Sausage and Snack Styx on the following Monday January 23😋

We are already receiving calls about our Wild Game processing this year. Unfortunately we will not be processing any wild game. The ONLY THING we will be doing this year are our Burritos. You provide already DE-BONED meat and we will grind and prepare your Burritos. Thank you for your understanding 🙏 prayers and support. We will be looking forward to 2023 next years processing.
