We’re excited to welcome patients today from 8 a.m. – Noon for our first monthly Toes & Treats Foot Care Clinic! This clinic is designed to help keep your feet healthy, comfortable, and well-cared-for in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

🎄 Holiday Clinic Closure & Refill Reminder 🎄

Our clinic will be closed December 24th–26th so our team can spend the holidays with their families. We’ll reopen on Monday, December 29th.

🩺 Plan Ahead for Refills:
Please request any medication refills 48–72 hours in advance so we can process them before the holiday closure.

🚑 Emergency Care:
While the clinic is closed, our Emergency Room remains open 24/7 for urgent and emergent needs.

🎉 Exciting news for our community! 🎉

Three Rivers Health has been awarded a $20,000 grant from the Gordon and Edna Sykes Endowment Fund of the Wyoming Community Foundation to help expand in-home services for our patients, including home dialysis services.

This funding will support care that meets patients where they are—bringing essential services into the home, reducing travel burdens, and helping patients stay healthier and more comfortable close to home.

We are deeply grateful to the Wyoming Community Foundation for investing in rural healthcare and for supporting innovative solutions that make a real difference for our patients and families. 💙
