We are proud to recognize Susan Smith, our Staffing Coordinator, as our March Employee of the Month!

Susan joined Stanleytown in April of 2017 as a CNA. In March 2020, she stepped into the role of the Unit Clerk, and in May 2023, she transitioned into her current position as Staffing Coordinator.

Susan continually goes above and beyond to ensure that our staff is supported and that our residents receive exceptional care. She works tirelessly to make sure our building is properly staffed and never hesitates to take on any task that is asked of her. Her dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic have earned the admiration and appreciation of employees throughout the facility.

She has developed her own effective systems to help ensure that our building follows appropriate rules and guidelines, demonstrating initiative and leadership every day. Susan truly puts her heart into her work, consistently giving countless hours to support our team and our mission.

We are incredibly grateful to have Susan on our team. Congratulations, Susan, and thank you for all you do!

Our center has been proudly serving Bassett, Martinsville, Franklin County, and surrounding areas since 1990.

Our nearly 2,400 square foot rehabilitation gym features the most advanced rehabilitation equipment on the market including an AlterG, a NASA-patented anti-gravity treadmill that is part of our coveted LifeWorks Rehab program.
