As everyone who knows me knows, I am fascinated by herbal medicine. There is a new treatment on the horizon for cancer called CPMV. It is a plant derived product that is showing amazing promise in cancer treatment. I confirmed that this is real and that it works at least in in vitro and mice studies. They are getting ready to move forward with human testing. Read about it and know about it because cancer is a real epidemic in our times. Satnam.

I taught my first class at the Bastrop Recreation Center today - 30 beautiful souls (give or take) honored me with their presence! It was an amazing class and it feels good to "be back in the saddle" again! I will be teaching again on Wednesday Aug 20 at 10:15am and Thursday Aug 21 at 5:15 pm.

I know it has been a while since I’ve posted, but we have been traveling a lot and so many different things have been going on. Wanted to share this beautiful Buddha bowl that I made. It’s roasted cauliflower with garlic chili sauce, white rice topped with a trail mix full of nuts and Chia and flax, Black Eyed Peas topped with micro greens, and last, but not least a beautiful avocado. Totally delicious!
