Summer months are sometimes difficult for adolescents and teens. They are dealing with lonliness, anxiety, depression, and/or stress that was managed with the help of support systems at school. Let Guiding Hearts assist with your youth’s continuity of care during the summer months. Mental health groups will be provided in June and July to assist the youth with an array of issues, from stress management to communication skills. Groups start on June 3rd.
No need to pre register.
