Please confirm with your insurance carrier that our office is “in network” prior to scheduling appointments. We are unable to verify this in office and if services are provided and declared “out of network”, these charges must be transferred to patient responbility.

Good evening - in anticipation of winter weather conditions for tomorrow (Monday, Dec 29th), we encourage any families with scheduled appointments to consider rescheduling if the driving conditions prove to be unsafe.
