Cosmic Love Shock 💫

There’s something powerful that happens when a community comes together with a shared intention—and this Saturday, we get to experience that magic.

Led by our incredible student Bri, this group meditation is an invitation to pause, connect, and send a collective wave—a shock of love—out into the universe. Bri’s passion for connection and intention shines so brightly, and we’re so honored to support the beautiful space she’s creating.

This morning’s Puppy Yoga was pure joy 🐶✨

So many giggles, so many puppy snuggles, and the sweetest energy filling the room. Watching everyone move, stretch, and laugh with curious little paws wandering from mat to mat is truly the best kind of magic.

We also had the honor of hosting a special birthday celebration tucked into the fun — and it was such a sweet reminder that Puppy Yoga is a really unique way to celebrate a special day. If you’re looking for something different, memorable, and full of smiles for your kiddo (or honestly, yourself 😉), this might just be it.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the morning so special.

Still smiling after today’s Community Exchange with Old Things. New Stories. 🤍

What an incredible reminder of how special this community truly is. Tables filled with treasures ready for a second life… neighbors meeting neighbors… stories being shared over pieces that once meant something to someone else and now get to mean something new.

I was honestly overwhelmed (in the best way) by the kindness, generosity, and joy that filled the room. It wasn’t just about swapping things — it was about connection, sustainability, and showing up for one another.

Batavia, you showed up beautifully. Thank you to everyone who brought items, took items, stayed to chat, and helped create such a warm, welcoming space.

We’re already looking forward to doing another one soon. 💛

🐶✨ WHAT A DAY ✨🐶
Nearly 200 amazing humans joined us for Puppy Yoga today—families, couples, little ones, birthday celebrations, solo joy-seekers… all coming together for one beautiful cause.

Together, we raised over $1,500 for Dog Rescue R Us and sent their puppies home with an incredible donation of cozy linens. 💕🐾

Thank you to everyone who showed up, shared the event, laughed, stretched, snuggled, and helped make such a big impact. This community is truly something special.

And a very special shoutout to all the parents who stood firm and did not take home another dog today 😅👏💗
