Calling all parents and caregivers of little ones! This 4-week Baby & Me Yoga Series is designed for you, as you will be guided through movement and breathwork to help relieve tension, build strength, and find ease. Each week, we will target different areas of our bodies, such as our core, hips, and shoulders, but we will always bring our focus back to our main goal: finding presence. We will use songs, movement, and silliness to connect with our little ones while also embracing quiet moments of stillness. Become part of a supportive community of other parents and caregivers as you navigate life with your little one.
🧘🏻♀️ LUNCHTIME EXPRESS VINYASA FLOW - Oct. 6th
Roll out your mat and find what feels good. In this Vinyasa Flow class, every move and breath is intentional. We’ll transition from one pose to the next with purpose, allowing the breath to bridge the gaps. Equal parts energizing and relaxing, this class is meant to guide you back to your body and heart.
